Refund policy

Each DeKeziaWalz piece is made with love, intention and just the right sprinkle of drama. Because of this, all sales are final. However, we know life happens, so here's our return and refund policy.

Return & Exchange
Returns are not accepted unless there was a mistake on our end (wrong item, major defect etc.) and if that happens, please reach out to us within 3days of delivery with clear images and your order number at support@weardkw.com 

Exchange may be approved on a case-by-case basis if you notify us within 3days of delivery.

Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). To start a return, you can contact us at support@weardkw.com 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (only if the return is due to our error).

If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

PS: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Custom or made to order pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable, they are made just for you babe. 
  • Swimwear and intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  •  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@weardkw.com.
