Shipping policy

At DeKeziaWalz, each piece is packed with care, love and just the right amount of drama. Here's how your order gets from us to your wardrobe:

Processing Time

• Preorder: Most of our pieces are made in limited quantities and sewn upon order Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
• Custom/Made-to-order: These pieces are crafted just for you, so allow 2-3weeks. Sometimes sooner, never rushed.
• Ready-to-wear/ship: If marked as such, your items will be processed within 2-4 business days
• Preorders with estimated timelines will have expected shipping dates on the product page. If there are any changes. you will be notified early.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States, with occasional international deliveries to Nigeria. Canada and the United Kingdom.
• Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS, and tracking details will be sent once dispatched.
  
• Preordered items follow the same processing time based on whether they are custom or ready- to-wear. If your order includes both preorder and in stock items, we'll ship everything together once the preorder is ready.
